Perhaps you've seen some of the recipes I've shared from the relatively new book, "Mad Hungry." Have you seen the new show on the Hallmark Channel? It's fabulous family food that we've all enjoyed around here. When I saw that Lucinda Scala Quinn was hosting a "Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich" Challenge, I immediately entered my own creation. In fact, she announced on Facebook that I was the first entry!
